British Grand Prix Preview, Sunday 10th July 2016.

We are back again in Northamptonshire at the home of British Grand Prix, Silverstone where Formula 1 had its first ever grand Prix in 1950, but since the 1980s it has been the permanent host of the British Grand Prix. This year sees the 50th Grand Prix here at Silverstone and to mark the occasion the have painted all the kerbs just black and white.

Lewis Hamilton will want to win here again at his home Grand Prix, and make it three wins in a row with the great runs he had in all three practice  sessions sees him the fastest, however his teammate had to miss the whole of practice two as his car was stuck in the garage with a technical problem. Also during practice three the Ferrari of Sebastian Vettel has had another gearbox failure and so he has yet another five place grid penalty to serve, so this means that he will be starting back in eleventh on the grid.

Mercedes has again taken up the front row of the grid, with the two Red Bulls behind them with Max Verstappen out qualifying his teammate by three tenths of a second, he will want to continue with the great and very impressive start in the Red Bull team since moving from Torro Rosso, and hope to get on the podium again.

British Grand Prix Previous Winners.

Lewis Hamilton has won the last two races in a row here, but overall in his formula 1 career he has won here three times, equaling three wins by Michael Schumacher, Jack Brabham and Mercedes Non-Executive Chairman, Niki Lauda. However Nico Rosberg will not want to let his teammate dominate here.

Formula 1 British Grand Prix Race Predictions, Tips & Winner Bets.

I think it shall be a good race tomorrow, with hopefully a good start from Lewis Hamilton he will be able to continue on to win at his home Grand Prix, as he will have many fans cheering him on. It will be interesting to see what Sebastian Vettel can do, as he has to start from eleventh on the grid, i am sure he will want to get through the traffic as soon as he can. The battle between the teammates of Red Bull will be good to watch as Max Verstappen starts ahead of Daniel Ricciardo. This is the Williams team home Grand Prix too we shall have to wait and see what they can do from sixth and twelfth on the grid.

My Banker will be for Lewis Hamilton to win the race, as all weekend he has been the quickest driver in all the practice sessions, and at qualifying his first recorded time was deleted as he exceeded the track limits he managed to record a time that was three tenths quicker than his teammate. During qualifying Lewis also managed to break the lap record. So i believe he will achieve the hat-trick as he has already achieved pole position.

My prediction is that Max Verstappen will make it onto the podium again and close the gap in points between his teammate Daniel Ricciardo as it stands Max is currently sixteen points behind Daniel in the championship.
